We service as the complete plan administrator for our clients. We process all benefits enrollments and terminations. We assist the employer and employee with address changes, temporary or replacement ID cards, network analysis, provider research, provide plan and carrier enrollment materials. We conduct employee and dependent education meetings on-site site during each annual open enrollment. We are available to meet with new hires as scheduled and desired by the client.
