Lavina grew up in a small town south of Pueblo. After graduating from high school, she moved to Pueblo to attend Colorado State University-Pueblo, where she earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. Lavina's career began in the banking industry where she worked in customer service - after six years in the banking industry, she decided to make a change and shifted into the insurance industry. Lavina has been with Benefits Broker for five years as an Account Manager for Holly Hanson, assisting on Small and Large Group, as well as individual Clients.
